Need help with TowerRun or want to report a bug? Send a short message and the BKaseLabs team will read it. Include enough detail to reproduce the issue.

Bug Reports

Please include the details that help reproduce the issue.

  • Device model and operating system version
  • App version or build, if visible
  • What you were doing before the issue happened
  • Screenshot or screen recording when possible

Privacy Requests

For privacy questions, data requests, leaderboard/player-name questions, purchase support, ad consent questions, or notification concerns, use the same email and include "Privacy" in the subject line when the request is privacy-related.

  • Use the email address connected to the request when possible.
  • Include your device, platform, app build, and player name if it helps identify the issue.
  • Do not send payment card details; App Store and Google Play handle store billing.

Purchases, Ads, and Rewards

If you report a purchase, restore, rewarded ad, or coin issue, include the platform, approximate time, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Refund requests may need to be handled through Apple App Store or Google Play.
