TowerRun is a mobile arcade game developed and published by BKaseLabs. This Privacy Policy explains how BKaseLabs handles information related to TowerRun, including the TowerRun website, the released mobile app, App Store and Google Play listings, advertising, purchases, gameplay services, and support messages.

TowerRun is available on iOS and Android. The website does not require an account and does not include a contact form. The app uses mobile gameplay and monetization services such as anonymous authentication, platform sign-in where available, leaderboards, cloud save, ads, purchases, daily offers, local notifications, version checks, and support-related communications.

3. Current Website and App Data

The TowerRun website is designed to avoid collecting personal information directly. The released mobile game uses app services to run gameplay features, ads, purchases, support, and store distribution. Current known data-related areas are:

• Website: the current website does not require user accounts or direct data submission forms. It hosts app information, support links, legal pages, store links, and app-ads.txt for advertising seller authorization.
• Authentication: TowerRun uses Unity Gaming Services anonymous authentication to create a player identifier. Android builds may connect Google Play Games, and iOS builds may connect Apple Game Center, when those platform services are available.
• Leaderboards: TowerRun may submit and load score data, player identifiers, ranks, and optional player names for leaderboard features.
• Player name: if you set a player name, or if a platform profile name is available through Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, it may be stored locally and synced through Unity services for leaderboard use.
• Cloud Save: TowerRun may sync progress such as coins, best score, daily offer claim date, selected skin, unlocked skins, selected effect, unlocked effects, entitlements, and processed purchase references.
• Cloud Code: TowerRun calls Unity Cloud Code for gameplay features such as daily offers and app version status checks. Version checks may include platform and bundle identifier parameters.
• Advertising: TowerRun uses Google Mobile Ads to show banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded ads. It also uses Google UMP consent tools and Unity Ads mediation. Advertising providers may process ad identifiers, device data, IP address, approximate location, consent choices, ad impressions, clicks, and related diagnostics according to their SDK policies and your consent status.
• Purchases: TowerRun uses Adapty to show paywalls, fetch product and localized price information, process purchases, record purchase state, and restore purchases through Apple App Store and Google Play. BKaseLabs does not receive payment card details.
• Notifications: TowerRun may request permission and schedule local reminder notifications if notifications are enabled in the app or device settings.
• Local storage: TowerRun may store settings, coins, skins, effects, scores, daily reward state, notification preferences, consent-related state, and player name on the device.
• Analytics and crash reporting: during this audit, no custom Unity Analytics events or Unity Crash Reporting were found enabled in the project settings. Third-party SDKs may still process technical diagnostics needed for ads, purchases, store services, or gameplay services.

4. Information You Send to Us

If you contact BKaseLabs by email for support, privacy, feedback, testing, or business questions, we may receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message content, device model, operating system version, app version, screenshots, screen recordings, or reproduction steps.

We use this information only to read, respond to, investigate, and improve TowerRun. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request.

5. App Services and Purposes

TowerRun uses app services to run core gameplay systems, maintain leaderboards, sync progress, show ads, provide rewarded ad continues and daily rewards, offer coin packs or paywalls, restore purchases, check app version status, schedule local reminders, and respond to support requests.

The exact data processed can depend on the platform, device, store, consent status, SDK configuration, and whether you use a specific feature. BKaseLabs will continue updating this policy as TowerRun changes or as SDKs, store requirements, ads, purchases, or gameplay services change.

6. Data Sharing

BKaseLabs does not sell personal information. TowerRun app builds may share or process data through service providers that make the game work, including Unity Gaming Services, Google Mobile Ads, Unity Ads mediation, Adapty, Apple App Store, Google Play, hosting providers, and email providers used for support.

These providers may process data under their own privacy terms, SDK policies, store rules, and developer agreements. BKaseLabs uses these providers for gameplay services, ads, purchases, support, platform distribution, and app operation, not to sell player data.

7. App Store and Google Play

Apple App Store and Google Play may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies when you view, download, install, update, review, restore, or purchase apps through those stores. BKaseLabs does not control Apple or Google account, billing, refund, device, or store-level data.

8. Age Requirements and Children

TowerRun is not specifically directed toward children. Users must meet the minimum age requirements required by their country, local laws, and applicable app store rules.

BKaseLabs does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the TowerRun website. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information, they may contact info@bkaselabs.com to request review or deletion.

9. Data Retention

Email support and feedback messages may be kept for as long as needed to respond, investigate issues, improve TowerRun, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations. Requests can be sent to the contact address above.

10. Security

BKaseLabs uses reasonable care to protect information received through support and contact messages. No online service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, so players should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

11. Your Choices

You can choose not to contact BKaseLabs by email. Depending on your platform and app version, you may also be able to manage ad consent, notification permission, player name, purchases, and restore-purchase options through the app, device settings, or the relevant app store.

12. Changes to This Policy

BKaseLabs may update this Privacy Policy as TowerRun changes, especially when SDKs, store features, advertising behavior, purchases, support workflows, or gameplay services are changed. The "Last updated" date will be changed when the policy is revised.
